Withdraw from a contract

It is in your order confirmation email. You do not need it when you are signed in.

You do not have to give a reason.

To protect your account, a withdrawal sent with an email address alone is checked by a person before anything changes, and we then write to you. Sign in, or give your customer number, and a paid plan you ordered in the last 14 days ends at once.

Paid plans are not on sale yet, so nobody has been charged and there is nothing to refund. Your declaration is still recorded and confirmed.
